That’s exactly what I use. You’d be surprised how dirty your wiper blades are.

Oh maybe I'm the silly one now.

Doesn't it cause them to judder/smear or put a film on the windscreen?

Albert Low just recommended using Bar Keepers Friend on a damp cloth as a one off first clean, sideways and criss cross pattern then fully rinse with clean water...

I use Clay, AG polish or Halfords Glass in a blue bottle if you can get it...

3m, Sonax any of the good stuff.

i used fusso silicone off first then platinum glass. worked a treat
